At Moo, we're passionate about making our bread with milk and butter. These ingredients are what make our bread super soft and fluffy. After years of experimenting with different types of milk and flour, we have chosen to source both from Hokkaido, Japan. This allows us to produce bread so flavorful that you can almost taste the grass the cows graze on. We hope you enjoy our bread as much as we love making it.
